I'm Rhys, the person behind EliteSpec. I started building websites after hitting every limitation a drag-and-drop builder can throw at you. I wanted more control, so I learnt to code. Then I realised a great website means nothing if it is sitting on cheap, overcrowded hosting, so I started managing the infrastructure too.

What drives me is the stuff most developers avoid. The business whose developer ghosted them mid-project. The tradie whose agency locked them out of their own website. The owner who paid good money and got handed something that looks like it was generated in five minutes. I genuinely enjoy untangling those messes and getting people back on track.

There is no team of account managers here, you deal with me directly. I built your site, I manage your hosting, and I pick up the phone when something breaks. That is intentional. It means I actually know your setup inside and out, not just a ticket number on a screen.
