Is your website quietly losing you work?

What this actually checks

Not a generic score out of a hundred. These are the faults we keep finding on real New Zealand business sites, in the order they cost you money.

• Contact forms that go nowhere. Some forms hand the enquiry to the visitor's own email app instead of sending it. On most phones nothing happens at all, and the visitor still sees a success message. You never learn you missed the job.
• Half your web address being broken. It is common for yourbusiness.co.nz to work while www.yourbusiness.co.nz does not, or the reverse. Every business card and old link pointing the wrong way hits an error page.
• Broken links that pretend to work. If made-up addresses on your site return a normal page instead of a "not found", Google indexes unlimited junk and cannot tell which of your pages are real.
• No tap-to-call number. If your phone number is plain text, a customer on a mobile has to memorise it and retype it. Most will just ring the next business.
• Speed, mobile layout, and how you appear in search results.

Then what?
